Lumbini World School (LWS) successfully completed a six-day calligraphy training event (4th-11th Shrawan) facilitated by Mr. Himanshu Sapkota (Binod), who has been widely acclaimed as the best calligraphy trainer in Nepal. He has conducted a calligraphy session in a foreign country as well.

The school hosted a Press Meet at school in the presence of media persons from Butwal and Bhairahawa on Wednesday, 11th Shrawan 2079.

The opening of the Closing Session was done by Ms. Lajita Shama, V.P. (Academics), who was also the Master of Ceremony of the event, followed by Mr. Bishnu Pd. Dhakal, the Principal at Lumbini World School, who gave a welcome speech. As the session progressed, the calligraphy trainer highlighted the fruitful session of the training in which all the students participated enthusiastically. He also said that Lumbini World School has begun such an exciting event and its activity-based education is worth appreciating, which is a new concept in Lumbini Province. He wished the school team all the success with forthcoming events.

The closing session witnessed the remarks from the Chairperson of the session, Gokarna Pandey, Secretary and BOD of LWS who appreciated the school for ensuring progressive education keeping students at the centre. A token of appreciation was presented to the trainer at the end.

The programme was followed by tea and snacks.
