Lumbini World School Pre-School celebrated Bhanu Jayanti with great enthusiasm and cultural diversity. The event was marked by students dressed in vibrant cultural attire, showcasing the rich heritage of Nepal.
The young learners performed a series of poems and dramas, paying tribute to Adikavi Bhanubhakta Acharya, the pioneer of Nepali literature. Through their performances, the students not only honoured the legacy of the great poet but also deepened their understanding of his contributions to Nepali culture and language.
This celebration aligns perfectly with the school's philosophy of fostering respect for diversity and promoting cultural awareness among students. By commemorating Bhanu Jayanti, LWS Pre-School emphasises the importance of connecting historical and literary figures with contemporary learning, ensuring that students grow up with a well-rounded appreciation for their cultural roots.
A heartfelt thanks goes to the Pre-School teaching team for their dedication and effort in organising such a meaningful event. Their commitment to providing an engaging and holistic educational experience, where students learn through creative expression and cultural immersion, is truly commendable.
Regards,
LWS
