Students from Grades 9 and 10 at Lumbini World School recently visited Tilottama Gaushala, a sanctuary dedicated to managing and caring for street cows. The trip offered a perfect blend of enjoyment and education, providing students with a unique learning experience outside the classroom.
At Tilottama Gaushala, students interacted with the cows and learned about their care, fostering empathy and responsibility towards animals. They attended an informative session on the importance of animal welfare and the efforts involved in providing shelter, food, and medical care to stray cattle.
The field trip emphasised compassion and community service, aligning with Lumbini World School’s commitment to holistic education and real-world learning experiences.
