Lumbini World School (LWS) successfully conducted an interaction session on “LWS Teaching and Learning Model” among the prospective parents and students in the presence of the LWS Chairperson and Board of Directors in Lumbini on Wednesday, 24th Chaitra 2078.

The programme was formally inaugurated by the LWS Chairperson, Yogesh Ghimire by lighting the panas. The opening of the session started with a welcome speech by Ms. Anamika Bashyal Jaiswal, a certified childcare nutritionist and clinical nutritionist at LWS, who welcomed all the dignitaries, parents, students, media persons and visiting guests to the event.

Similarly, Mr. Bishnu Pd. Dhakal, LWS Principal, highlighted all academic programmes of LWS, followed by the introduction to the School Academic Leadership Team (SALT) by Vice Principal (Operations), Mr. Ramesh Suvedi. The session progressed with the highlights of activity-based teaching activities at LWS by Vice Principal (Academics), Ms. Lajita Sharma.

The next session was followed by an interaction among the prospective parents and LWS Academic Team, followed by remarks by Mr. Indra Kafle, a special guest, who is the former Principal of Lumbini Buddhist University (LBU) and current Examination Controller of Examinations of Lumbini Buddhist University.

The concluding remarks were delivered by the school Chairperson.

There was a demonstration of activity-based creation by teachers which was overwhelmingly observed by curious and excited parents and students.

The event was followed by dinner.
