The Tzu Chi Foundation successfully organised a training session titled "My School, My Home" for the teachers of Pre-School and Grades 1-3. The session aimed to enhance classroom management and equip teachers with effective techniques to foster a positive learning environment.

Participants engaged in practical activities to promote proper line formation, cleanliness routines, and organisation among students. They also learned calming techniques, including Rainbow Breathing, Balloon Breathing, and attention-grabbing strategies, to help students transition smoothly during lessons.

This initiative aligns with the school’s philosophy of empowering teachers through regular training, recognising their critical role in shaping young minds. By providing opportunities for professional development, the school aims to create nurturing, efficient and engaging classroom environments.
