Grade 2 students from Lumbini World School had an exciting and educational day as they visited NG Market in Manigram, Tilottama. The visit aimed to teach essential life skills such as understanding MRP, checking expiry dates, managing money, budgeting, and making wise purchasing decisions. Each pupil was given a fixed amount of money to spend, combining learning with real-world experience.    

The day continued at Tilottama Park, where pupils enjoyed refreshments, solved worksheets, played games, and explored the beauty of nature. This experiential outing reflects the school’s Learning by Doing philosophy, which emphasises activity-based education. By immersing pupils in practical scenarios and interactive tasks, LWS enhances understanding, cultivates life skills, and inspires a passion for learning.   

The school extends its heartfelt gratitude to NG Market for their warm hospitality and support, which made this unique learning experience possible. This combination of hands-on education and recreation made the day both meaningful and memorable.
