We believe that assessment tools that measures student’s progress are as important as learning tools for the children.

When we are thinking about creating various resources to accommodate every learner’s need, we will also equally work on creating various assessment tools to aid children’s learning skill and work on the gaps.

We follow 70:30 ratio for assessment from grade 1 through 3. Seventy percent will be formative assessment and thirty percent will be summative assessment. 

From grades 4 through 6, the ratio will be 60:40. And in grade 7 and 8 the ratio will be 40:60 for formative and summative assessment.

Our focus week report will help teachers in assessing and addressing each children’s needs in the class room. Each week 8 children are chosen for the focus group and are assessed and observed under LWS standardized criteria by the respective teachers.
